Role and Responsibilities

Purpose:


The Inside Sales Representative manages the functions essential to sales force productivity and day-to-day operations including planning, CRM management, reporting, analytics, dashboards/KPIs, forecasting, quota and compensation management, process optimization and training. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Sr. Sales Manager to manage day-to-day sales operations and enhance the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. A key responsibility will be helping the Sales team meet and exceed sales forecasts and revenue targets utilizing data analytics and actionable reporting.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Manages the CRM road map, implementation schedule and critical feature sets in collaboration with Sales Leadership
  • Oversight of the daily administration and support of CRM and Pictor including but not limited to managing users, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules
  • Review CRM open opportunities /Athena BI activity on a weekly basis, advise sales representatives
  • Coordinates agreed upon sales cadence of CRM activity and sales coaching schedule
  • Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations in CRM SharePoint and PICTOR
  • Partners with Sales Reps and Marketing to refine lead qualification process, analyze, and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
  • Conduct cold calls to leads, qualify leads and schedule lunch & learn meetings between leads and sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing on new lead generation and competitive pricing comparisons
  • Compile commercial & technical proposals
  • Complete all required documentation and reviews necessary for pricing approval and proposal generation processes
  • Perform cost calculations in coordination with Sales and Project Management teams
  • Regular analysis as well as ad-hoc- reports
  • Attend events as required to support the Sales Team
  • Other duties as assigned                                                            

                                                 

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English


Work Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a data-driven analytical role is required
  • Experienced in developing, improving, and implementing new and revised processes
  • Project coordination experience is preferred


Additional information

  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Teams
  • Advanced understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
  • Intermediate understanding of PowerBI


Physical Requirements

  • Must possess reasonable manual dexterity to perform the assigned duties
  • Occasionally lift or carry weight up to 20 lbs.
  • No requirement to bend or crouch
  • No requirement to kneel or crawl
  • Endurance is limited to sitting for more than 90 minutes at a time before changing to a new activity.
